Austrian spy firm DSIRF, which Microsoft said was behind a string of digital intrusions at banks and law firms in at least three countries, said its spying tool 'Subzero' was for official use in EU states only. "[Subzero] is neither offered, sold nor made available for commercial use...DSIRF resolutely rejects the impression that it has misused Subzero software," DSIRF said.
