We have begun harvesting elderberries for our Elderberry Syrup Kits. We have kicked off this years harvest with 140 pound elderberry harvest, that will be dehydrated and added with other ingredients to make our different Elderberry Herbal Syrup Kits.

Our family loves driving the backroads of the forest and wilderness areas of Idaho, looking for wild elderberries, that we use to make syrups, jellies and wines. This year, we are harvesting in heavy smoke from the California fires, Oregon fires, and Washington fires to our west, so opportunity to safely harvest these wonderful little berries is, so far, has been small windows.
