Grounding Day 36 - look at the green.

Did you know that some of the pressure points on our feet can help improve our eyesight? When I was reading about that I also read that looking at the color green is calming and relaxing for the eyes. So make sure to get out in the grass for some of your walk each day. Oh and if you are lucky, maybe you will have chicken distractions on your walk too 😂.
