At least six people were injured after a drone-borne device detonated at Russia's Black Sea Fleet headquarters in Crimea's Sevastopol on Sunday, officials said. The drone appeared to be homemade, Black Sea Fleet's press service said. This comes as Russia celebrated Navy Day the same day. Furthermore, the city's Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev also accused Ukraine of carrying out the attack.
