This and the other vids such as counties going from striped in the lead to solid colour won and back again are examples of the computer algorithm 'shuffling the cards ', adding more votes in where needed and spreading the reduced otes counted across various counties to try and make it less noticable and such and spread out the fraud actions , the electoral equivalent of 'plate juggling' with '27 counties in the air at once' with all the coloured sqaures being shuffled around like a Rubics cube to get the predetermined outcome and quantity. A good automotive analogy would be the electronic control unit (ecu) for the 'fuel injection system' of the 'engine management system' of a car. _ the candidates are like the fuel to air ratio mixtures that have to be kept at the right mixture and quantity levels to work and have to be injected at the right time and in the right place, and the initial dump of fake votes that they always start off with is like the automatic choke coming on to help get the engine started. they even call it the 'global elections management system' ( gems) dont they ;). the logic failure was set at 53% for that machine in colorado wasnt it and the mail in fraud nitrious kit allows for up to 70% for particually bad slow motion car wrecks like slow joe blows, in the georgia run off vids warnock is I think at the full severnty and ossoff was set at about 57% and the average was about 62.5 and voter ga reported average 60% eorror rates..... an example of predetermined result can be found in the illinois prebroadcast vid. if you look at the governer races you will see that the wnners are announced and that the target rough result is very close to the real displasyed result. other races are different but you only need to seize control of the important ones like gov and sos in a primary dont you. its primary prebroadcast purpose though is voter suppression obviously if you look at it and think the tossers have already won again i must have got the dates wrong, then you may not vote at all and they then can for you, or not look too closely at the cheating on screen if you think it is done and over already. other people mentioned places like michigan and georgia but I think you will find that sort of felony is common place all over and people have only just started to become vaugely aware that it is happening
