Best Buy Actually Cares About it's Customers

With all the awful stories we have been seeing about retailers like GameStop and Walmart, I thought I should counter these stories and videos with a positive story. I had a really great Best Buy experience that left such an impression on me that I wanted to share it with everyone out there.
