Morgellons worms like creatures nano tech wiggling something to help

I thought i would try something my nan always had in kitchen at sink i always remember that smell

Shower it seemed soon the water stopped for few seconds getting out it would suffice somewhere else it felt good because i know it will help when it goes through stages and eggs gone are then reducing the worm like fibre in skin i believe this stuff in all people who wear swabed with serco or by nhs serco and nearly all swabs at start of fake pandemic i spoke out warning it was servalence system and who and i can prove it etc and was section saying i say conspiracy theorys but now i can prove all that too but section me under mental health and the first thing i was forced to do even though i said it has hydrogel in and nano tech in it they thought i was mental health and said i can't leave my little room never or until i had a negative result i said they don't work covid don't exist but all they cared about was making me have this stupid swab the second tume i had ruptured goal bladder for about 15 weeks after a scan mri and along time before the mri i had goal stone for 5 years if i moved walked down stairs it would hurt for about a week or more i was left to suffer and suffer i did but in end it ruptured i. Was on a 2 years waiting list that i was told it just muscle acused of not knowing what it was they think people don't know there own body anyway i had to have second swab test day before i went in to sergoury again i said it has hydrogel and chips self esemble nano tech etc she said have it or not not much choice i said please let me spit on it she refused like im some conspircy theorists when my stumic was all infected and been to hospital 2 x in server pain nigh sweat only to be sent away first time second was given the scan but i was baffled by just being sent away the pain was 10 out of 10 antibiotics did help bringing down swelling before the swabs i had chips and fibers but never had this hydrogel these it vedeo came from swabs and people don't get adverse reactions to it but just die SAD i believe is this hydrogel worms but can branch of in other direction my older vedeo show it with 4 legs that moves and a hocked head this what is in the veins of the dead people i hope people get to see this and even if no ill sytoms to be on safe side use coal tar sope it could save a life it it kills this stuff and ajittat it
