Charles Duhigg-"Smarter Faster Better"- JuJu's Blurb Overview and Thoughts

Charles Duhigg, author of " The Power of Habit" Takes cutting edge scientific research and asked the question of how the brain operates while developing new habits. Diving deeper into the neurochemistry and clinical trials, Duhigg provides a well documented conclusive habit cycle and how to optimize the creation of new habits or the destruction of unhealthy vices.

Overall I loved his first book and look forward to reading his second.

Good Author's are Great Reads!

Plus it's informative and if integrated will change your life, like it did mine.
