Container ships stagnant Long Island NY

In the past few months there’s been a strange trend on Long Island NY. At least a dozen Container Ships just off-shore at Jone beach are sitting there. So the million dollar questions I have do we not have the means to unload these quickly and what is in these containers? Hmm.
I’m sure there are supplies we need in there!
