Insane police chase in Ramsey County MN.

On Friday night, a 16-year-old led police on a high-speed chase. This video captures the moment a Ramsey County Sheriff's Deputy attempts to spike the car, traveling at over 140mphs.

Just a few minutes later the youth crashed into an occupied vehicle, ejecting its occupant. Both the injured victim and the 16-year-old were transported to the hospital in serious condition.
