Bitcoin Magazine gets SILENCED for unknown reason…WHAT! #bitcoin #crypto #event #financialfreedom

YouTube’s algorithm takes down Bitcoin Magazine’s YouTube Channel last night at 1AM EST — silencing the editorial outlet and raising questions about how the “algorithm” works.

This video most likely won’t reach you, however, if you do see it, think about the severity of this situation. Bitcoin Magazine is #streaming the #bitcoinconference in #miami where — like any other conference — has tons of viewers, credible speakers, and a completely “non-controversial” event (besides the fact that the topic is #bitcoins and #decentralization should that be considered “controversial”), and YouTube’s #algorithm took down the #magazine last night at 1:00 AM EST without any notification or reason given for why they did it.

This is a conference about #bitcoin and #ethereum and other #cryptonews which are innovations that, by their intentional nature, decentralize power and wealth that normally is centralized and controlled by governments, public officials, and powerful — and very wealthy — individuals that have billions of dollars (if not more!).

I think this type of “silencing” has been the most frightening of all. Why? Because this particular event is harmless, it happened for no exact reason (at least no explanation was provided), and it occurred in a way that made it seem like “business as usual” — like a standard #protocol of #society albeit it’s not.

That has to at least make you ponder what’s going on and to raise legitimate questions about the agenda of these huge, #tech companies like #youtube or #facebook or #twitter for example.

This is so far from how our country operates (at least in America for sure) and for a reputable publication who is live-streaming a conference with legitimate business executives, politicians, human rights advocates, entrepreneurs, and creators from all over the world simply #educating people on Bitcoin and why they believe it’s important (then giving you the #opportunity to learn, watch, or completely ignore — the point is: it gives you the #freedom of choice).

The Bitcoin Conference in #miamibeach is literally about innovation and #technology — and whether you agree with the topic or not — I think all Americans can agree that this is not a harmful event. In fact, you could make a valid argument that it’s the exact opposite: for the good and well-being of #sovereign individuals.

If you disagree with that statement, then I believe we can find common ground in that streaming this #conference is no more harmful than a streaming of a #hedgefund conference or an #investmentbanking event sponsored by the same institutions that are almost entirely responsible for one of the most catastrophic events in #history in 2008 when the big banks were bailed out by American #taxpayers leaving over 8 million people homeless and many others losing their life #savings — and #jobs — due to the greedy decisions made by these enormous financial institutions in the years leading up to the #financial crisis.

Did we “censor” those people during or before the collapse? No, quite the contrary.

We praised the leaders of the big banks and put them all over “traditional” media outlets giving people advice on a daily basis about how to invest their #money and what they should do to achieve personal #financialfreedom — while these same individuals were amassing #wealth like we’ve never seen and then ultimately leading to the “Great Recession” where the average good, hardworking #american lost everything because of the #banks and most #wealthy people in the world — who even though are responsible for this cataclysmic #event — got out unscathed and with essentially no repercussions.

Even worse (much worse), they actually made out extremely well…keeping their financial #fortune — most of them not even losing their #careers and they were definitely not silenced.

If anything, they recovered quite well and many of them are still on mainstream #media giving out #investment advice and made out to be great #businessleaders when the truth that they are the ones responsible for, quite literally, the worst #financialcrisis since the #greatdepression is indisputable.

This makes you think what’s going on here?

An event about a #technological innovation that removes #power from these powerful institutions, authoritarian governments, and what appears to be the same people that are often admired while also being responsible for what happened in 2008, is being censored in a way that comes off as if this is the #statusquo of our #democracy but it’s not.

I’m so NOT #political and never found #politics to be interesting nor something I wanted to participate in because it always seemed to divide people and cause conflict.

Even though this situation is really, really bad, there is also #irony in this mess…

This action is the core #principle of why #cryptocurrency was invented. So, if you weren’t able to see why this #innovation is so #important for regular people like you and I, well, now you do!
