The gun rights rally in Virginia concluded without violence contrary to media expectations. The gun rights rally took place in Richmond with an estimated 22,000 to 35,000 activists in attendance.

Media hype had everyone on edge before the rally and the governor made an emergency declaration banning firearms from the capitol grounds.
