1-Shot Deer Hunting Prep 2022: New Ram Truck Tent! And Masking Your Bow Shot!

1-Shot Deer Hunting: On today's video, we are setting up a Napier truck tent for my Ram 2500 Diesel. And I'll be discussing ways to mask your bow shot sound. Typically Vince is on public land in the Blue Ridge Mountains of his home state, or in Ohio, either scouting for deer sign, or hunting over the best sign. But for this video Vince is going to set up his Napier truck tent in preparation for some upcoming scouting and hunting trips. You'll be given some tips on set up, pros and cons for having a truck tent instead of a ground tent. Also, on this video we will discuss several ways for bowhunters to mask their shot sound, in order to prevent the deer from ducking the arrow. Using background noise and timing the shot can help hunter's in keeping the deer from moving dramatically at the sound, thus decreasing the chances of a non-lethal wound.
