041: Economic Development Committee's GRAND VISION!

Now past it's 1-year anniversary since being formed, M-C's "supposed Council appointed" Ad-Hoc Economic Development Committee gathered at City Hall on Monday evening!
On the cusp of the City Council's decision that will obligate taxpayers to an non-budgeted $200,000 giveaway for an unscrupulous strip center developer, I'll share about what the committee is recommending to the City Council, especially after all the time and attention they've invested in preparing for such a time as this!

What insights have been gained?  What has been learned about our city and its citizens? What kind of proposals have each of its members presented?

What's the grand vision for the next five years; the next ten? 

Most importantly, what profundity did the committee's self appointed leader, Mark Kipphut, bring to the discussion and in what direction will he be leading our city (since his is the ONLY opinion that really matters)?
