2 lbs Ground beef
1 White diced onion
1 Green pepper diced
1 Red pepper diced
2 Jalapenos dices chunky
5 cloves of Garlic diced'
1 can red kidney beans
1 can crush tomatoes
1 can V8 juice
Dash of Texas Pete
1 can Green Chile Verde
3 TB Light chili powder
3 TB Cumin
3 TB Smoked Paprika
Salt, Garlic powder and pepper to taste
