Starting a weight loss journey and wanted to share. Really thought about not posting this video, but ultimately if one other woman watches this and they can relate and not feel so alone in their struggles with weight...me sharing a little bit of my story is worth it. I also try on my bridesmaid dress for a wedding I am in this October (SPOILER ALERT: I have some work to do).
