A quick guide:
Top left, near where the house exits the frame at the bottom is Polaris (the north star).
Very Fast 'blip'? Probably a meteor. Maybe a satellite flare.
Fast and dim? Probably a satellite.
Fast and very bright? Probably a plane. Especially if it flashes a lot.
Fluttery dim thing? Probably a fly buzzing the camera.
