Post covid Inflammatory syndrome

If you still have hard time breathing or having exhaustion after 2-3 month post covid , you may have this Inflammatory symptom like i do.

I had been hospitalized for Bilateral covid pneumonia on oct 5th 2020 and was in hospital for 15 days and went back again 4 times.
It has been 7-8 month now i hahe felt better since Jan 2021 but since May 2021 i started to feel heaviness in my chest and harder to breath.
I had lungs function test and another xrays and my upper left lungs shows some inflammation.
Are you kidding me ? After so much steroids and several month , inflammation still lingers . Pls make sure to be proactive to exercise your lungs
By daily walks i know it has helped me to breath deeper and have regular x-rays to see your progress. God bless you everyone. I hope this video helps those who have similar experience and stay hopeful .
