Do you find yourself sharing too much too soon too often? If so, you are not alone, as many believers admit to over talking, over sharing and even over confessing. For many, it can even become a compulsive way of relating. You feel you need to get everything out to make sure you are ok with others. You may even have mistakes, struggles and sins of the past that keep accusing you, where you it fuels an oversharing habit.

Today I want to talk through why we often compulsively overshare and how we can recalibrate how we relate.
