A bit out of order, but here's June 2.

My first set of baby chicks growing up. They hatched these babies out on May 23. We got them on May 24. I ordered them from Cackle Hatchery and have been super happy with what I got. Sometimes the camera jus moves off the babies.

I recorded how my babies grow each day. This is my first set of baby chicks. I ordered them from Cackle Hatchery. They are the Crested “Top Hat” Special and the Feather Footed Bantam Assortment Special ordered 10 of each mix. If I had it to do again, I would not have ordered the mixes because I'm using these to start a breeding program. I love my babies, but business wise ordering specific chicks would have been a much better plan.

We also have 1 guinea and three silkie babies that survived a freak storm in this group. Enjoy watching them grow. I will have them all linked into a playlist so you can watch them. Chick flicks to enjoy: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLn3fko4h1DljAYO9YWVOCErGTrn3v11Yk

Hi. This is Chris, of Chickens For Chicks. This is where my babies are, and I would love for you to come on along with me on my journey in homesteading and learning about my chickens and doing all that fun stuff.

I figured today, I would do a quick video before I feed everybody. And these guys are. They hatch about a week ago Monday. So, and this is Thursday. So they're getting close. They're like a week and a half old.

If anybody happens to know I mean, I kind of know what the crested polish are, but I thought I was supposed to have silkies in this, and I don't I don't think I have them. I have a bunch of banties, but I don't think I have silkies.

And now we're in my favorite time. Opp, look at them come running. I don't even have to chase the little fuckers. It's amazing.

They're all starting to get their little feathers. If you guys can't tell, this is my first litter flock. I don't know what you call chickens, but this was my first one.

You're supposed to have Phoenix's polishes, and a bantam mix, a feather footed bantam mix. We've actually done really good with this one. I we lost four babies, and that's all we've lost so far. And they've all gotten to where when my hand goes in there they start chick foot on it. So I'm kind of wondering if that one isn't as silky.

Hoping. Wondering. I mean, I'm okay with Cochins, but I would sure be glad to find out. I had some silkies hiding in here.

Oh, he might be a silky. He's got black feet. She. He. I don't know. But that one has black feet. I think he's only one with black feet. Hey, are you okay? You just fell asleep in the food. Yeah. And say, I was reading last night that sometimes the lighter color ones won't be black immediately. He's. His feet are turning black, too. So maybe he is. Okay.
