This appears to be another deliberate effort to modify your vote!

In this video, I explain what happens when you use a felt tip pen and how they can use machine inserted votes in an undervote situation.

Vote in Person on Election Day. Bring in your early vote ballot. Void your ballot. Exchange your ballot for an Election Day Ballot.. Fill out your ballot with Blue Ink and put it in the machine.

Do not drop your mail in ballot into the box on Election Day. There is a good chance that "they" will call the election without your vote even being counted.
