Adversity, The Mo Lewis Moment and Legend of Tom Brady

About This Episode:
To me, the story of Tom Brady is the greatest example of preparation meeting circumstances. Had it not been for a single moment, Tom Brady might have been a career backup. That moment is what I like to call the “Mo Lewis” moment, a moment when the preparation that we have spent our entire lives on meets the circumstances.

The name comes from the former Jets linebacker that hit then Patriots quarterback Drew Bledsoe, knocking him out of the game and bringing Tom Brady into the game. We all have those moments.

Some of us aren’t ready. Others cannot recognize those moments when they occur. So, not only is it about preparation; it is being able to recognize an opportunity in the adversity presented in front of you.

This is the first in a series of episodes taking us through August 5th in which we will count down to the launch and work through the launch of my brand new book, Unremarkable to Extraordinary.

The book releases on June 21st and you can get your copy over at https://www.getextraordinarybook.com/ .
