Limiting Beliefs | Do We Really Need To Identify Them To Be Successful?

One question I tend to ask my guests on Enhancing the Human Experience is, "Do we need to know what our beliefs are before we can change them, or can we simply install new beliefs that help us realize our goals?"

I ask this because our beliefs are the bedrock upon which our lives are built; they are foundational. In this episode of On The Move, I share some key takeaways from yesterday's podcast, episode #139 with my guest Denise Jensen a LMSW and coach.

She said she deals with this topic in two ways. She does have her client's identify and become conscious of what beliefs they have that aren't serving them, and then she also helps them adopt new beliefs that do serve them.
