Denver leaders paint rosy picture of downtown as city struggles to bring the area back to life

Denver took a hard turn at the beginning of the pandemic and the lasting effects are really evident in the downtown area. Now though, there's a plan to bring back the area back to life. Denver7's Russell Haythorn reports.
