The Federal Treasurer Jim Chalmers has warned Australians to brace for continuing tough cost-of-living conditions over the next two years ahead of his July economic update. He told Today this morning that the Treasury forecast of inflation above 7 per cent was "confronting" and would be a major challenge for wages growth.
