Carnivore Diet: The Good, The Bad, and the Meaty

Chris and I wanted a place to list all of the positive improvements we have had in our health over the last 18 months of being carnivore. We also addressed a couple of the common negatives. I also wanted to address 2 of the biggest Myths I get on a regular basis.

This channel is a documentation of our personal journey and in no way medical advice. I firmly believe the carnivore diet is what has dramatically improved our health and is why we are thriving now. Dont be so quick to doubt it because it is different that what you have always believed. Just give it a try for yourself and see what the benefits (and negatives can be).
