Bank Nifty Trading 28 July 2022 | Overtrading Loss of 110/- INR

My mind was biased from yesterday's market. I thought market went very high yesterday and today opened above major resistance hence it will surely fall down. So I bought a put option. SL got hit. I entered again with put but this time I saw the formation of ascending triangle and hence came out of this trade with small loss (before SL) and entered call side which reduced my loss of around 1500 to 110 Rs.
