Dallas Cowboys news: KaVontae Turpin is reportedly signing with the Dallas Cowboys at the start of Cowboys training camp. KaVontae Turpin was a star of the 2022 USFL league and now joins Dak Prescott, CeeDee Lamb and Ezekiel Elliott on the 2022 Dallas Cowboys roster. Kavontae Turpin was the USFL’s leading WR (44 REC, 540 YDS, 4 TD) and won the 2022 USFL MVP award. Perhaps most importantly for the Cowboys, he offers punt return ability. The talent isn’t even really in doubt. But he was dismissed from TCU due to two domestic violence charges, one of which he pled guilty to. That is a red flag, but the Cowboys reportedly are okay with it.
