Rebuilding a Ford Explorer Limited AWD front sway collision part 2

Time to measure and pull our 2018 Explorer. The numbers are not adding up to a total loss. Did someone intentionally total it or did the adjuster see damage that wasn't there? Did I make a costly mistake or jump the gun thinking this was looking better than expected? I buy new cars expecting no rust. Silly me, I bought a Ford!
