Just Mowing.... That's It S1E8

In this episode of Just Mowing.... That's It, Jordan and I do 5 front yards only that starts our Thursday mornings. Keep an eye out for the times I am using The Green Guard. Whether it's to not hit Jordan with debris or not getting a ton of grass on the street, The Green Guard ROCKS!

These 5 take us about 10 minutes, maybe a little less and each one I charge $16. No, I will not give a discount to an adjacent lawn 'since you are already there...' I have had potential customers ask me that before. If I lose 1, or even 4, now all of the sudden (if I gave a discount) I am left high and dry on the price, and I don't think the customer would be OK with a HUGE price adjustment.

We need to be in this business to make money and to provide for our families, employees, if we have them, and ourselves. You wouldn't expect a discount at a nice restaurant if you sat closer to the kitchen thinking, 'Well the waiter doesn't have to walk as far to give me my food and drink so my food should be cheaper!'
