RTX 3070 HiveOS overclock settings Gigabyte Samsung GDDR6 AORUS

I've been messing with my two Gigbyte RTX 3070. I wish I could buy more but the scalpers are ridiculous. I paid a scalped $750 for standard card and $800 for the Aorus. Now those same cards are going for $1400-$1500. The trick to have the power low enough to keep the card stable. If the power is too low the GPU will not start or a rise in ambient temp could crash the card.
