Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners KG -- no more machines

Bringing to Gwinnett BOC's attention the untrustworthiness and vulnerable voting machines required to be used in Gwinnett County. And also making them aware that they have the power to stop the madness and shut them down. OCGA 21-2-366 allows them to discontinue use of optical scanning systems, which will force hand counting and largely remove threat that QR codes pose.
