Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov met with President of the Republic of Uganda Yoweri Kaguta Museveni in Entebbe (Africa). At a press conference, Lavrov answered a question about Russia's opinion on the current economic crisis. Some countries, including the United States and the European Union, are now blaming the crisis on Russia because of Russia's ongoing special military operation in Ukraine.
