i woke up at 1130, took my morning trikafta, basaglar insulin, albuterol, pulmazyme, tobi. i'm about to grab some food. i don't think i'll be attending recorder practice today. i feel uneasy, i'm a little off. i also need to call some numbers today. one to find a local psychiatrist, another to order some medical equipment.
