i got my tredmill today, used it for an hour, i'd like that to be a regular thing for me. i've done my evening albuterol, tobi, and trikafta. i also just feel anxous. i'll see if i can sleep that off. i don't really have anything planned tomorrow, just some shelves comming in the mail for me to set up, and hopefully that will be a step towards cleaning up my room. likewise i also expect my room will be messier for a while before it get cleaner
