The Sims 3: third draft of our house (Part Two) - patterns, palettes, walls, floors, doors and more

I fixed my third attempt's stairs somewhat. I didn't manage to make the stairs reach continuously to the basement from the main floor like ours are, unfortunately. I had to do a broken up flight of stairs that look stunted from the basement. All of this took place while I wasn't recording and I don't know if I could do again what I did to achieve even that result, so I had to settle for not having video of it.

I continue from there with placing the flooring as it is in our house and trying to lay out the rooms, as well as applying wall coverings. I also keep referring to my first house throughout the process, as I want to duplicate some of the colors and patterns, as well as remind myself which items I used for what features.
