Car rushes into Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs! The driver yelled, "I'm being targeted!"

At around 6:30 p.m. on March 30, a car rushed into the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and crashed into a pillar at the front entrance of the building.
The driver also shouted: "I feel like I'm being targeted by (a group)!"
After being subdued by the security officer, he said, "I didn't bring a knife, I didn't bring anything."
