Blood Tribe members make pilgrimage to hear Pope apology

Several members of the Blackfoot tribe from southern Alberta's Blood Reserve made the trek to Edmonton this week to hear the pope’s reconciliation message in person.
One of them is Stephanie Brave Rock who has grandparents who were residential school survivors. Brave Rock attended the mass at Commonwealth Stadium Tuesday before proceeding to Lac St. Anne, where she performed a ceremonial song for the Pope.
