Top down and stereo playing the music sounds like it was added for effect. The Cam is mounted on the inside of the windshield. You'll notice once in motion at speeds that produce wind noise the GoPro HERO7 cuts the high frequency in the music. Also the auto video stabilization is great. Notice on the gravel drive and road the car is rocking and dipping while the scenery is not. I purchased the GoPro at SEMA 2018 and have not gotten to use it for a number of reasons. Money well spent, however much time wasted. I can only imagine how much better the GoPro HERO10 features are.
