Com Mirza is the founder of Mirza Holdings and the CEO of a lot of companies that were found to not be in business.

How did he afford the luxurious lifestyle afforded to the rich and wealthy? Him and his brother Rocky Mirza conned investors into funneling money into their companies.

Com Mirza's Habibi Coin was created as a real estate backed cryptocurrency to help investors become financially free in just a couple years. Not long after the coin was created, concerns were raised and many investors realized that they were out of their money. Some people lost as much as 25,000 pounds with their investments.

Com Mirza ran a mastermind titled: The Billion Dollar Mastermind.

This video was created as a way to reverse engineer a known fraud and analyze how some current internet marketers may be following the same path as Com.

Com Mirza was arrested in October of last year when it was found out that he was running a ponzi scheme. Money that was entering into the Mirza companies was being funneled out into other businesses. Essentially they were using new money from investors to pay out old investors which is basically the definition of a ponzi scheme.
