I get many people asking me what foods do I east for cycling. Notably, 'what is your recovery meal'? While I don't claim to be a nutritionist and the information I am sharing is purely from web research that I have done over the years, I wanted to share with any keen cyclists out there what my recovery meal looks like. I have been perfecting this smoothie for almost 10 years, so this is really my secret recipe which I believe nails both taste and nutrition for optimal cycling fitness gains, post-session.
