Turkish-backed Free Syrian Army) carried out a drone/artillery rocket strike

🇸🇾The TFSA (Turkish-backed Free Syrian Army) carried out a drone/artillery rocket strike against the inauguration ceremony of a Moscow Patriarchy-funded Orthodox church in the city of As Suqaylabiyah, Hama Governorate, Syria.

Russian and NDF/SAA officials and generals were present at the event.

At least one Syrian NDF militiaman was killed and 12 others were wounded in this attack.

This attack will obviously significantly increase tensions in north-northeastern Syria.

For Ankara-backed forces in Syria to attack an event where Russian civilian and military authorities are present, never mind that the target was an Orthodox religious site, is quite serious.
