PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER RECENTLY?!

Joe Biden confuses the world and especially Americans in a recent speech about climate change at a former coal-fired power plant in Massachusetts.

During the speech he admits and claims that oil slicks on the windsheild from oil rain were the reason delaware had the highest cancer rates in the nation and also why him and many of the people he grew up with have cancer.

That specific statement made its rounds on the twitter verse and was being retweeted by GOP politicians. I'm here to clarify the statement. Entirely
