"For the difficult and hard to fit," presented by Walter DeMarsh explaining is technique of making handcrafted custom shoes. It shows a brief overview of the traditional European method passed from master to apprentice and demonstrating the method from the last making by hand to the pattern work and to the shoe itself including fitting and stitching the upper. Unlike fully automatic manufacturing processes, traditional shoe making is very intense involving a great many manual steps.
