Try out this Instant Ekadashi Sabudana vada which are super crispy and quick. This is a uniqe recipe which needs no soacking of sabudana and gives instant and crispy delightful ekadashi snacks for anytime.

Servings: 15 Nos.

Ingredients:

1 cup sabudana / sagu rice/ tapioca pearls
2 medium sized boiled potatoes (1 1/2 cup mashed)
1/2 cup roasted and crushed peanuts
2 tbsp crushed ginger and chilli
fasting/ sendha salt to taste
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp water
Oil for frying
