How To Fix Blinker and Tail Light Issues on a 73-79 F150

When I started working on this 1977 F150, I had some bulbs that weren't working. So after replacing the bulbs, I thought I was finished. BUT, when I would turn the headlights on, the turn signal bulbs on the dash would light up. I also noticed that the bulbs on the front of the truck were not lighting up with the headlights on. And to top that off, when I would turn the blinker on either side, the little light that lights up the headlight and windshield wiper knobs would blink! What I ended up figuring out is, if your ground wires in the blinker and tail light sockets aren't making a good connection, this is what's going to happen. In the video, you'll see how I was able to fix this problem with the existing sockets. In all honesty, the best thing is to replace the sockets. I've got some ordered and will be replacing these.
