Last year, President Trump tweeted that Baltimore was “a disgusting rat and rodent-infested mess.” Americans erupted with the usual torrent of opinions; some agreed, others didn't. Scott Presler, however, was determined to do something about it. He organized a cleanup day in the city to pick up trash. Now, he has been traveling the country to pick up trash in America's dirtiest cities. At #CPAC2020 we sat down to talk with the activist about his recent work to remove refuse, and more.
