IS RUSSIA BEHIND UKRAINE PORT BOMBING?!

So Russia signs a deal to ensure Grain supply is sent through channels in the ukrainian mined port in odessa.

1 day after the signing Odessa reports the port is attacked by Russians.. at the same time the FM Lavrov is out in Africa ensuring the African countries that rely on Russian/Ukrainian grain their food supply will be there.

This story makes no sense to me and I tell you my opinions
