Choosing Fear or Knowing: Being Proactive Not Paralyzed virus Mitigation

In these chaotic rapidly changing moments, I was nudged and asked to do a series of conversations  to be of Heartfelt service to All. I, like many other millions now, who Stand in Knowing, have answered the call and each in our own way are beginning these conversations.

The overall conversation is Choosing Fear or Knowing: ... with each conversation, having its own title added to the series name reflecting the focus of that conversation.

In this conversation I am touching briefly on some different strategies that contacts (some are doctors, RN's, researchers) around the planet have shared and have been using to boost their immune systems, mitigate contagion and spread.

People who are healthy and do not have any underlying respiratory or autoimmune pre existing conditions are at very, very low risk, according to the US Corona virus task force experts. Practice social distancing
Be calm
Sanitize your hands. You can make your own effective hand sanitizer using pure essential oils that are anti bacterial and anti viral and 91-99% isopropyl alcohol .

The virus was created in cold below 30degrees, so it can not survive in heat.

Sunlight kills it.
UV Light will kill it.

It was programmed to survive outside of a host, especially on metal surfaces which are good conductors of cold for 12-14 hours.
for these surfaces make sure to wipe down regularly, using 42% concentrated vinegar and essential oils in your cleaning spray will do this.

It can survive on cloth, tissues, clothes for shorter periods about 8-10 hours. Common detergents can exterminate the virus on these items.
For items that cannot be washed, place them in the sun. I would rotate the objects and give them a nice long sun bath during the day.

The virus spreads through large 400-500 nanometer particles. The virus installs in the through the esophagus causing inflammation and a dry feeling. Drinking warm or hot liquids will kill it here. Drinking a cup of Changa mushroom tee in morning and night boosts your immune system and will kill the virus lodged in throat. drinking small amounts of water every 10-15 minutes will keep any particles flushed out of the mouth and down into your intestines where the gastric juices will destroy them.

Gargling and swabbing your nasal passages with a water baking soda solution changes the alkalinity of those passages and makes them inhospitable to the virus.

The following supplements were found to be helpful in building your immune system and mitigating the contagion of this virus:

Zinc supplement is effective against the virus- Mag Well - Magnesium Zinc & Vitamin D3 supplement is a bioavailable product that is helpful for your immune system in this.
 Vitamin D3 5,000 IU
 Liposomal Vitamin C 1400 MG or 1600mg dosage
 Hyland's Nux Vomica 30X is helpful with symptoms, in otherwise healthy people.

Use these moments when things are shutdown to go within. To realign your focus and your flow of life to what is important and expansive for you.
