Did a seller rip me off via LETGO APP? Craftman Push Mower FIX n FLIP Will it Run?

TODAY ISIN THE DRIVEWAY, I attempt to conquer this Craftsman Lawnmower I purchased via LETGO. Seller advertised it as running. WITH NO GAS AS WELL AS NO HANDLE to for the bail cable. I made it seem like it was impossible for it to start. THE SOB was tough and neg wasn’t really on the table. I flipped the mower on its side and verified it had compression and no bends in the blade nor crank. He ended up giving me the Edger…still…BLAH

Let’s see if he screwed me or was he being honest. I didn’t have a choice as I AM IN DEPURATE NEED OF MOWERS…for me to walk away empty handed would have been a complete waste of TIME, which I don’t since CONVID-19 came to light.
